Refund policy
RETURN POLICY :
We have a 14-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No product will be refunded or exchanged without receiving the original.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@the-besorah.com including the order number and also by sending a clear picture of that product .
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Be sure to include the correct return mailing address on your package to avoid any delays or confusion.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
At Besorah, we strive to ensure that every order is carefully packaged and promptly shipped to our valued customers. However, once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued for lost or stolen packages.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUND POLICY
We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges if original items are not received in original condition .
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Items that smell of smoke, perfume or have pet hair on them will be not be accepted for return/exchange. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. We do NOT refund original shipping charges (If applicable) when your order was first placed .Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@the-besorah.com.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because all of our items are handprinted to order, we do not allow cancellations after your order is placed so please make sure to check everything before you place an order. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.
